In 2018, when we discovered “ruby chocolate,” the first new type of chocolate to be created in a century, we knew we could do something special. We teamed up with world renowned pastry chefs, with Michelin star restaurant background, to work with this naturally pink chocolate that has fruity notes as well as with classic dark chocolate.
Working with our chefs, the finest ingredients from around the globe and a combination of both ruby and dark chocolates, we imagined recipes influenced by the word’s top culinary capitals
– think New York, San Francisco, Paris and Beijing. Each bar is named after the city that inspired it, and most are only available for a limited run.
2019, we launched at Bergdorf Goodman and select Neiman Marcus locations.
