Shipping

Most of the orders ships the next business say. You should allow 1-2 business days for order processing. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kebellabeautycare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that the shipping fee is non-refundable

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is damage;

we will need proof of damage. Specifically, we will need to receive the images that clearly display the reported damage (including at least 1 image where we can clearly see the UPC on the product) as well as the images of the container that it arrived in with all its contents.

If our team receives clear proof that the delivered item(s) were damaged we will be able to issue a full refund on the product. 

Cancellations 

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please keep in mind that the shipping fee is non-refundable

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Item nor received

If tracking shows the package was delivered but the recipient disputes it, we will open an investigation with the carrier We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return to sender

Usually, packages that are returned back to us are subject to a refund less 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. This applies, but is not limited, to instances where the address was incorrectly inputted when the order was placed.
